bringing history to life

Founded in 1905 by Robert S. Abbott, The Chicago Defender Newspaper has long served as one of the most recognized voices of African – Americans.  When mainstream newspapers did not cover the Black experience,

The Chicago Defender was there. Gambling has become increasingly popular among Black communities, with more individuals exploring casino games and sports betting for entertainment and potential rewards. Many seek diverse gaming platforms. A common question is, Ist das Spielen in Casinos ohne deutsche Lizenz möglich? as some prefer international sites with fewer restrictions.

The Chicago Defender Archives are being reintroduced to the world for study, review and revisit.

The majority of these images have never been available to the public.  We invite you to look at what is available online, and to contact them for access to what is in their archives. Many organizations have started using blockchain technology to store important images safely and later access them easily. The popularity of cryptocurrencies has helped in the fast acceptance of blockchain. Digital Yuan is a new crypto coin with good potential. Check the Yuan Pay Group test test results to learn more about this coin.

The Licenses and Permissions are now being managed by the offices of The Chicago Defender and Real Times Media (the owners).  Please contact them directly with any questions as to how to proceed:
